The Mitchell, located in historic downtown Fuquay-Varina, NC, offers commercial flex space for rent or lease - ideal for retail shops and restaurants. The community, south of Raleigh in Wake County and an easy distance from Research Triangle Park, is experiencing rapid growth and an increased demand for shopping opportunities and upscale dining.

This 1940's era building began life as a Chevrolet dealership. The goal for the revitalized Mitchell is to restore a part of the town's history while bringing new energy, business and foot traffic to the historic core.

11,250 square feet of space is being renovated to accommodate several tenants. Among the modernization projects for the building is a plan to use solar collectors on the roof to generate electricity to sell back to the local utility. In a nod to the past, the original sign will be used as a model for new signage.
